there are two big shopping centers nearby, making it easy to do some shopping or explore the local area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind. The staff was helpful and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Some guests mentioned that the Wi-Fi coverage was not good and the connection was slow, leading them to use their own data plans.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to the airport and providing a shuttle service. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a nice lobby area where we could relax and unwind.
We had a few issues. The air conditioning in the room was not effective, and we were quite uncomfortable because of the heat.

We had an amazing stay at Nova Plaza Prime Hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff, particularly Emirkan, Musa, and Begum, were incredibly helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the sweet gift that greeted us upon arrival. Despite being surrounded by roads, the noise was not a problem at all. The hotel's location was great, with a supermarket and several cafes nearby. Getting to the city center was a breeze with public transportation or a taxi.
We felt privileged during our stay and had absolutely no complaints at all.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel facilities were great, with spacious and clean rooms that had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. The super nice team and pleasant, especially Emirkan, Musa, and Begum. The location was also excellent, very close to Mall of Istanbul and the airports. Transportation was convenient with shuttle services to the airports, shopping mall, and city center.

Best hotel experience ever. Great location near Mall of Istanbul and Outlet Center. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Amazing service and staff. Helpful and friendly staff members - Arzu Deniz, Ogulcan, Suot. Beautiful views of Kemerburgaz University. Convenient for business and travel. Newest and freshest rooms and furnishings. Excellent assistance from housekeeping team.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the rooms were equipped with exclusive facilities and the spa and wellness centre provided top-notch massage services. the swimming pool and jacuzzi added to the overall charm of this place, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The bar area offered refreshing drinks and the restaurant served delicious breakfast and dinner buffets with special diet menus available. Cons: the only minor issue I encountered was with the sauna, which was not working properly during my stay. Despite this one small hiccup, the staff provided exceptional service and made my brief trip worthwhile.
